First, a photo of the day. Since Dan Mitchell mentioned, yesterday, that photographing pelicans along the Pacific coast is one of his wildlife photography obsessions – here’s a brown pelican in flight, along the Pacific. It has nothing to do with what follows, but I hope you enjoy it.
